We have received the following response from LCC in respect of our constant chasing for repairs to the drain/lifted drain cover which is flooding a section of Stretton Road with sewage:

As you are no doubt aware the village is cut off by flooding. The water is receding however will take some time to clear.

Advice is to stay home unless absolutely necessary, stay safe, and stay warm.

St Cuthbert's Church - Cake and Carols 2024

St Cuthbert's Church - Cake and Carols 2024

The very popular "Cake and Carols" service will be held on 17th December 2024 6.30pm at St Cuthbert's Church.
